 Established in 1943, the school enrolls approximately 500 students in grade 9-12. The faculty/student ratio is 1:12.

Stella Maris High School is accredited by the Board of Regents of the State of New York and the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools.

Tuition is paid to the Smart Tuition Company in 10 monthly payments from June 30, 2008 through March 30, 2009.

The tuition for the 2008-2009 school year is $7100.00.

Location & Transportation:

 Stella Maris High School, a private school sponsored by the Sisters of St. Joseph, is located on the Rockaway Peninsula.

Transportation is available by the MTA buses, as well as IND subway.
